Hi, y’all – 

Happy Hump Day!  This is always a good day, isn’t it?  It’s the day that you’re glad you made it 1/2 way through your week.  For me, Wednesdays are the days that I start thinking about my next chemo treatment on Fridays.  It’s funny that I am looking forward to Chemo Fridays but for me, each Friday is one more chemo treatment to the finish line – therefore, I look forward to Fridays!  Crazy right?  

I am so excited to share with you today these AH-MAZ-ING photos that our niece’s husband, Colton took for me. I have seen so many do Survivor photos to use when they hit major milestones to celebrate – i.e. 1 year NED (No Evidence of Disease), 2 years, etc.  I KNOW that I am going to be a SURVIVOR and wanted these photos to share with each yearly milestone.  

I am so thrilled with the way that they turned out and I’m so excited to share them with you.  I hope you enjoy them and will enjoy celebrating with me for many, many years to come.  I am so thankful for our niece Kali and her husband, Colton for doing these photos for me.  It was so special to have my family as part of this journey with me.  If you’re interested in having Colton take some photos for you, please feel free to dM me and I will be more than happy to share his information with you.  He’s an incredible photographer and does AH-MAZ-ING work.

Quick eye update – saw my doctor on Monday and my eye was looking better. I am now doing drops once an hour.  (PRAISES)  I see her again tomorrow for my next check-up.  Here’s to continued healing! (PRAYERS).  I’ll write more soon.

BTW – this little cutie patootie is Coraline – shut the front door y’all.!! She is going to be a heartbreaker one day and the best thing is that when we told her about “Cocky having no hair (that’s me btw Cocky)” Coraline said, “That’s okay, it’s still the same Cocky even if she doesn’t have any hair.” That just melts your heart right? Sure did mine! 🙂
