Happy Fri-Yay everyone!!!  We made it!!!!

God is so good!  I made it through the week and was able to get all tests that I needed to be completed.

Bone scan – check

CT scans – check

Echocardiogram – check 

Port placement- check 

Genetics Testing and Blood draw – check

Next steps:

10/18 – Nutritionist appt

10/20 – surgeon visit at MDA 

10/21 – chemo clinic 

10/22 – first chemo infusion

Funny for today:

My port surgery was done under light sedation of Versed (I think – they call it twilight) and customarily they only have to give a patient a dose or two but for me ….. they had to give me 7-8 doses. Apparently, I was just talking and talking away. They could not believe how much they had to give me. 

Hahahahaha – they obviously do not know me and that I have a lot to say. 

I asked Mano what I was talking about. He said, “I don’t know, I think you were just rambling.”  Sheesh, I’m a mess. But y’all knew that. 

Besides being so funny it’s a side note to know for a future Colonoscopy appointment. 

Thanks to everyone for the texts and prayers. I am so blessed and I know it.
